Job Overview:
As a MarTech Manager at Globant Create you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing technology strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for assessing current MarTech stacks, designing robust architectures, guiding development efforts, and providing clients with best practices to optimize their marketing technology investments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of clients’ current marketing technology infrastructure, evaluating platforms, integrations, and data flows.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align MarTech strategies accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and a roadmap for optimization.
- Develop comprehensive MarTech architectures that consider scalability, flexibility, and future growth.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their relevance to clients’ business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to translate architectural designs into actionable development plans.
- Provide hands-on guidance during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to educate them on the latest MarTech trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with account managers to align MarTech strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Implement robust monitoring systems to track the performance of MarTech solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain a repository of best practices documentation for internal and client use.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a MarTech-focused role, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
- Proven experience in managing and implementing marketing technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and data management platforms.
- Ability to align marketing technology strategies with overall business goals and marketing objectives, as well as implementing those strategies against specific KPIs.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Salary range
$110,000 to $130,000 USD.
